- Black tea: Naturally contains caffeine and polyphenols, including theaflavins.
- Jasmine flowers: Traditionally appreciated in tea for their delicate floral aroma.
Brewing: Use 1½–2 teaspoons (2.5 g) per 8 oz (1 cup) of water at 190–200°F. Steep 3–4 minutes, then remove the tea.
